Koundoumas is a rural mountain village above Agios Kirykos, with a magnificent view. It has lush greenery, many estates and many trees, especially olives. The south side fire service is based there.
Tsouredo is another mountain village a few kilometres above Agios Kirykos, with rich nature and many old houses. It also has a stunning view and a landscape evoking bygone eras. During the Second World War Tsouredo contained a hidden school.
It’s a mainly agricultural area with a few scattered houses. The name came from the surname Tsouris of residents who lived there.
